At Housekeepers, You confirm the Maid
and sight or sign:

Standard Agreement btw Agency and Employer (Agency Fees, Replacement, Contingencies, Follow-up services)

Contract between Employer and Maid (Salary, deductions loan, Off-days & compensation Agreement, Safety Agreement)

Agreement with the Maid on the Job Scope

Pay for the Agency Fees, Insurance Package & Security Bond to be purchased

Confirm the tentative date of arrival of your maid in Singapore
Housekeepers prepares to deploy maid:

Housekeepers apply to the relevant Embassy for documentation of arrival (this may take up 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the country)

Apply to MOM for the In-Principle Approval

Apply for your maid the Insurance Package and Security Bond

Send the Maid for official preparatory programme (where required), medical examination in her country

Arrange for the Maid’s Air-ticket to fly to Singapore
Maid’s arrival in Singapore:

Housekeepers pick up the Maid at Changi Airport

Maid send for medical examination

Maid sent for Settling-In-Programme

Maid sent for E-issuance, Finger printing at MOM
Deployment day

At Housekeepers, you sign the Maids Contract, Off day Agreement, Safety Agreement, Job Scope

You pay the maid’s loan for her salary deductions

You sign for the Maid deployment to your home

Deployment day plus about one week, you or the maid can come and pick up the Maid’s Work Permit Card.
